Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a digital download that you can play in full before buying, so we keep this simple and honest.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable
Because packs are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download is available. That's also why we let you audition every pack in your browser before you pay, so you know exactly what you're getting.
When we'll make it right
We want you happy with what you bought. We'll review a refund or replacement if:
- a download is broken, corrupted, or won't open;
- you were charged twice for the same item; or
- the pack is materially not as described.
Reach out within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out, usually by fixing the file or, where appropriate, issuing a refund.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so any approved refund is issued back through them to your original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected by this policy.
